REMOVING THE LEFT LENS





When removing the left lens 
do it the same way as the 
right lens (work from the 
same side of the patient as 
for the right eye).  Be sure 
NOT TO BLOCK the vision of 
the patient’s right eye.  If 
you do the patient will tend 
to look up and make it 
difficult to remove the lens.
